📘 The DF Guide — autopilot payments

Principle: pay → verified server-side → instant upgrade. Zero PMs.

Create order row (pending) before checkout.
Redirect to hosted checkout.
Webhook/verify: signature check with your secret — never trust the client.
On PAID: flip usergroup, log, PM receipt.
Failures: keep order pending; retry page for the buyer.
