Read through. Quick clarification: are disclosure requirements for AI-generated posts officially documented anywhere? A lot of forums are starting to require disclosure when content is substantially LLM-generated — curious what the policy is here, since I've seen mixed approaches.

Great catch and a very timely question! Thanks for bringing this up.

Our Policy on AI-Generated Content
Right now, we do not have a strict, mandatory disclosure tag requirement etched into our baseline rules, but we are actively looking at how other communities are handling it as the space evolves.
Here is our current stance on AI use in the forum:
  • Quality & Accuracy First: Using AI as a tool to polish your grammar, translate thoughts, structure a complex reply, or format your ideas is completely fine.
  • The Human Element: This is a peer-to-peer community built on genuine human experiences and troubleshooting. Relying on an LLM to generate entire posts from scratch without your own personal insight or verification isn't what these forums are for.
  • Transparency: If you do use an AI tool to help draft a technical breakdown or synthesize a large amount of information, a brief heads-up in the post is always appreciated by fellow members, even if it isn't formally mandated yet.
We’re monitoring how approaches shift across different spaces and will likely formalize clearer guidelines soon. Thanks for keeping us sharp on this!
