AI can accelerate research, but fluent text is not evidence. Separate discovery, verification, and synthesis. Define the question and timeframe; use AI to suggest search terms and primary-source types; collect original reports, documentation, papers, and official releases; record each URL, date, author, and claim; then use AI to compare sources and draft an outline.

Verify every factual statement before publishing. Ask models to label inference separately from fact and say “not found” where evidence is missing.

What system do you use to keep sources organised when research becomes large?
