As tools like Cursor 3 and Siemens Eigen move us from 'writing code/design' to 'reviewing agent output,' how should junior professionals pivot their skillsets to stay relevant?

Testing a post in here. Curious what everyone's most controversial AI take is right now? Mine: most 'AI agents' shipped in production today are just fancy if/else pipelines that call an LLM somewhere in the middle, and the 'agent' framing is mostly marketing for investor decks. Useful pipelines! But not autonomous agents.
