📖 What it does
Logged-in members get a pill above the posts whenever a thread has fresh replies — one tap jumps straight to the first unread post. Zero writes, zero settings. Distribution-only release.

⚙️ Requirements

🛠️ Install — step by step

1. Download the zip below (unlocks with your vault access).
   
2. Upload the included .php file to the inc/plugins/ folder of your MyBB 1.8 board.
   
3. Admin CP -> Configuration -> Plugins -> Install & Activate.
   

🧹 Uninstall
Admin CP → Plugins → DF First Unread → Deactivate, then Uninstall — its tables/settings drop cleanly.
