📖 What it does
Grabs the first image from each thread and shows a crisp rounded thumbnail beside the subject on forumdisplay. Lazy-loaded, onerror-safe, zero config. Distribution-only release.

⚙️ Requirements

• MyBB 1.8.x (tested on 1.8.40 · PHP 8.3)
  
• MySQL / MariaDB
  

🛠️ Install — step by step

1. Download the zip below (unlocks with your vault access).
   
2. Unzip the download — every file you need is inside.
   
3. Upload df_thumbs.php to your forum's inc/plugins/ folder (FTP or cPanel File Manager).
   
4. Admin CP → Configuration → Plugins → find DF Thread Thumbs → Install & Activate.
   
5. Done — see this README/section above for where the feature appears.
   

🧹 Uninstall
Admin CP → Plugins → DF Thread Thumbs → Deactivate, then Uninstall — its tables/settings drop cleanly.
