Meeting summaries are useful only when actions, owners, and open decisions are clear.

From the meeting notes below, create an action register. For each action include task, owner only if stated, due date only if stated, dependency, and source quote. Separate decisions made from questions still open. Write “Unassigned” or “No date stated”; do not guess.
