New versioned replacement; the 1.0 archive was not recovered. Passed 7 scoped staging checks: ACP install/activate, real two-step member registration, PM delivered through the core PM data handler, {username}/{bbname} tokens resolved, sender equals the configured UID, inbox visibility from the new member’s own session, and uninstall settings cleanup.
