A decision matrix keeps approval rules consistent. Create four columns: action type, impact level, model confidence, and required treatment.

Example: summarising a public article = low impact, no approval. Sending a customer response = medium impact, review before send. Changing payment details or deleting records = high impact, mandatory approval plus audit log.

Review the matrix with the process owner, not only the developer. It should be understandable enough to guide someone during an incident. Which workflow action would you classify as high impact?
