Mybb Premium Plugin 🎖️ DF Achievements v1.0 — automatic milestone badges

Verification record: DFV-AUDIT-20261021
DF Achievements 2.0.0 — Repair wave 4 — Scoped staging checks passed
Versioned rebuild informed by the deployed source; not the missing original archive. Passed 8 scoped staging checks: install+activate creates dfachie table, page template and profile marker on a standalone board without dfcredits, profile visit syncs and awards First Blood without SQL errors, profile renders the Achievements badge box, repeat visits remain idempotent, Achievements Hall renders earned/locked cards and community wins feed, guest view renders hall cleanly, uninstall drops table, template and marker.
