Versioned rebuild informed by the deployed source; not the missing original archive. Passed 5 scoped staging checks: install+activate reaches active, guest login page issues HttpOnly dfpk cookie, login POST with empty my_post_key and same-origin Referer succeeds cleanly, cross-origin Referer without cookie is rejected (CSRF safety preserved), deactivate+uninstall reaches inactive cleanly.
