Versioned rebuild informed by the deployed source; not the missing original archive. Passed 7 scoped staging checks: activate plants df_leaderboard_page template and {$df_leaderboard_home} index marker, index strip renders Community Leaderboard columns, signed-in member sees Hall of Climbers + personal standing pill, podium and columns list members accurately, guests can view the board without a personal standing pill, deactivate removes template and index marker cleanly.
