When a project starts with a vague idea, ask AI to expose missing decisions rather than invent a polished plan.

Code:
Act as a project analyst. Convert the notes below into a one-page project brief. Include: problem, target user, desired outcome and metrics, assumptions, constraints, risks, unanswered questions, and three next steps. Do not invent facts. Label gaps “Needs decision.”

Notes: [paste notes]

Review the brief with delivery owners before treating it as requirements. What extra section would make this template more useful: budget, timeline, architecture, or stakeholder map?
Building small AI tools and automations in Bengaluru. Notes on what ships, what fails, and what I'm learning along the way.
