“I do AI” is difficult for a client to buy. Offer one defined outcome instead: map a repetitive task, build a supervised automation, and train the team to run it.
Keep the first engagement small: one workflow, one decision-maker, a measurable success metric, clear human approval points, and a fixed review period. Good examples include lead routing, meeting-note processing, FAQ triage, or report preparation.
