It is easy to collect AI subscriptions and hard to know whether they create value. Review a simple monthly tracker: tool or project, cost, hours saved, revenue influenced, quality improvement, risks/issues, and keep/change/cancel.
Use conservative estimates. If a tool saves time once but is not reused, it may not deserve recurring cost. For side projects, track conversations, repeat use, and paid conversions—not just page views.
