A decision matrix keeps approval rules consistent. Create four columns: action type, impact level, model confidence, and required treatment.
Example: summarising a public article = low impact, no approval. Sending a customer response = medium impact, review before send. Changing payment details or deleting records = high impact, mandatory approval plus audit log.
