The Twitch/Amazon story is a textbook example of the 'we take your data unless you specifically opt out' problem. Most creators signed TOS years ago that said nothing about generative AI training, and Amazon just... updated the terms. If you're a streamer, assume every chat message, facecam frame, and voice clip is going into a training corpus until a platform contractually says otherwise. Spoiler: none of them do yet.
