The best prompt I've found for code review is:

'Act as a senior engineer reviewing this PR. Be extremely critical, find bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities. Suggest specific improvements with code. Don't be nice.'

It catches things I'd miss on second review. Pair it with a specific language/framework context and it's better than most junior devs.
