Tested GeForce Now on a 150mbps Airtel fiber connection in Bangalore last month. Latency to Singapore servers was ~60-70ms, playable for turn-based games and RPGs. Definitely not for CS2 or fighting games.

Biggest issue was data caps β€” an hour of cloud gaming at 1080p uses like 8-10GB. If you have unlimited fiber it's fine; otherwise it'll chew through your plan fast. For travel though? It's a game changer.
