📖 What it does
Launch announcements at 9 AM without waking up at 9 AM. DF Post Scheduler gives every member a composer page where they write a full thread, pick any publish time from 5 minutes out to 90 days, and an hourly scheduled task publishes it automatically — creating the thread and first post through proper MyBB inserts with all counters refreshed.

Members get a personal queue showing every scheduled post with its status (pending / published / failed) and one-click cancel while it's still pending. Perfect for creators, community managers and anyone posting across timezones.

✨ What's inside

• Composer page: misc.php?action=df_scheduler — forum picker, subject, BBCode message, datetime picker
  
• Publish window: 5 minutes to 90 days ahead
  
• Hourly task publishes due threads automatically and rebuilds counters
  
• Personal queue with status chips and one-click cancel
  
• Only forums the member may post in are offered
  
• Failed publishes are flagged, never lost
  

⚙️ Requirements

• MyBB 1.8.x (tested on 1.8.40 · PHP 8.3)
  
• MySQL / MariaDB
  
• MyBB task system enabled (is by default)
  

🛠️ Install — step by step

1. Download the zip below (unlocks with your vault access).
   
2. Upload BOTH files from the zip, keeping the folder structure: inc/plugins/df_scheduler.php and inc/tasks/df_sched_publish.php.
   
3. Admin CP → Configuration → Plugins → find DF Post Scheduler → Install & Activate (the hourly task registers itself).
   
4. Done — members compose at misc.php?action=df_scheduler.
   
5. Optional: check the task under Admin CP → Tools & Maintenance → Scheduled Tasks ('DF Post Scheduler — publish due threads').
   

🧹 Uninstall
Deactivate (removes the task), then Uninstall (drops the scheduled table). Published threads are, of course, untouched.
