Case-study template: document an AI workflow honestly and usefully

A good case study explains the process and limits, not only a happy ending. Include: context, baseline, workflow, safeguards, result, and lessons.

State the original time, error rate, backlog, or quality measure; explain inputs, the AI step, integrations, and human approvals; then say what improved, what did not, and how it was measured. Protect client information and do not imply one result applies to every business.
