Is cloud gaming finally viable in 2026?

Tried GeForce Now again after ignoring it for years and... it's actually kind of good? On a 200mbps fiber connection with ethernet I barely notice latency in slower-paced games.

For fast FPS/Fighting games it's still not there. But for RPGs, strategy games, indie stuff? It's genuinely usable now.

Is anyone here primarily cloud gaming? What's the experience like in India specifically (latency to nearest servers)? Thinking about it for travel.

Biggest issue was data caps — an hour of cloud gaming at 1080p uses like 8-10GB. If you have unlimited fiber it's fine; otherwise it'll chew through your plan fast.
