DF Support Desk 2.0.0 — Repair wave 3 — Scoped staging checks passed
New versioned replacement; the 1.0 archive was not recovered. Passed 10 scoped staging checks: install creates both tables, page template and settings group and reaches active, guests are bounced, a member opens a ticket with first reply and redirect, the member list shows the Open chip, subject and count, the staff list sees the member ticket with owner name, a staff reply marks is_staff and flips status to answered with count 2, the member reply flips it back to open with count 3, close hides the reply form and reopen restores open, uninstall removes every artifact.

📖 What it does
Members open private tickets, staff reply in-line, statuses open / answered / closed with colored chips and reply counts. Turns any forum into a support site. Distribution-only release.

• MyBB 1.8.x (tested on 1.8.40 · PHP 8.3)

🛠️ Install — step by step

1. Download the zip below (unlocks with your vault access).
   
2. Unzip the download — every file you need is inside.
   
3. Upload df_tickets.php to your forum's inc/plugins/ folder (FTP or cPanel File Manager).
   
4. Admin CP → Configuration → Plugins → find DF Support Desk → Install & Activate.
   
5. Done — see this README/section above for where the feature appears.
   

🧹 Uninstall
Admin CP → Plugins → DF Support Desk → Deactivate, then Uninstall — its tables/settings drop cleanly.
